Ben Lawson Instagram – In 2015 I met a couple of Mexicans in line for ice cream in Brooklyn. We ended up drinking together and vague promises were made of a trip to Mexico City. It took me 7 years but I finally made good on that promise this weekend. The hype is true; what an incredible city. Thanks to the beautiful crew who welcomed me into their family with open arms, none more so than @letysaha. Thanks also to everyone who sent me must-dos (when you tell a Mexican you’re going to CDMX they immediately respond with a list of 10 restaurants you must visit).
