Leo Howard Instagram – I can’t really explain this accomplishment to people unless you train and really get what it takes to be a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
I remember rolling with black belts early on and I would have sworn they were using dark magic. I’ve snorted sweat, been choked out, gotten more injuries than I can count, bled on the mat, made friends for life on the mat, and loved every minute. I couldn’t be more proud to join this club.
