Richard O’Barry Instagram – PLEASE SHARE: We enthusiastically support the SWIMS Act! We hope YOU will too. If passed, the SWIMS Act would amend the USA’s Marine Mammal Protection Act to include a ban on taking, importing, or exporting orcas, beluga whales, pilot whales, and false killer whales for public display. It would also amend the Animal Welfare Act to ban the breeding of those species for public display!
