Don’t beat yourself up if you feel the same way. I believe part it is a survival mechanism that can be very necessary according to the environment you were raised in.

Being able to identify and take ownership is a big step. Now you can make a conscious effort to go against the grain of what feels most natural. Why? Because for a lot of us , what feels most natural is still considerably toxic.

Like I said in a previous video, most of us are emotionally unavailable wondering why we cannot achieve lasting and committed love. As my life coach, @TijuanaJackson once said, “ Cupid’s arrow ain’t gon’ penetrate thee decades worth of armor.” 😅💘
