Starlet Instagram – Ru Are You💙💫
For Ru Are You I definitely wanted to go heavy on the old Hollywood glam, as it’s an era my drag is very deeply rooted in but I also wanted to reference things symbolic to me like stars and the colour blue. I drew inspiration from old glamour showgirls and actresses like Lana Turner in Ziegfeld Follies and my favourite film Cinderella. I couldn’t be happier with how this look came out💙✨💫
