Alexis Nikole Nelson Instagram – I am SO PROUD OF THIS RECIPE, YALL 🍨 it is SO CHOCOLATEY despite having NO CHOCOLATE IN IT!! It was around 1.75 cups powdered linden, 2.5 cups sugar, hefty pinch of salt, 4 cups soy milk, 5tbs starch mixed with 1/4cup water for the slurry! Simmered until thiccccc, cooled, and then thrown into the ice cream churn! Columbus, Ohio

Lindens are member of the Tilia genus, and are some of my fave trees! The flowers make one of my fave teas! The leaves are edible!
