I am using 2.5 pound ankle weights and 2.5 kg dumbbells for a full body work out, but it’s nice and slow and I’m not going deep into any movements.
I did a 30 minute walk before and stretched, very gently again, after I finished !
For fellow mamas to be please do not do this without supervision as every pregnancy is different, and you must do only what makes you comfortable and keeps your precious baby safe . ♥️🙏🏼
