Cherami Leigh Instagram – Happy Kotaro Day! What a labor of love this project was. From the moment I watched the first subtitled episode, I adored it. I loved these characters, the storytelling, the emotional turns and the “laugh out loud” funny moments. I am so honored to have gotten to work with @nyavpost and #Deluxe on this beautiful series. From getting to have the most wonderful partner in crime (the lovely Jen Losi), to receiving the most incredible guidance via @msword and @2sheh, to getting to work with and speak the words from the incredibly hardworking and generous @hezzy_starr_vo and getting to spend every session with the amazing “sorcerers/barbers/surgeons” of sound (the incredible engineer- @artyler2, Fahad, Peter and Sebastian) and FINALLY getting so spoiled with this beyond talented cast I got to work with in front of and behind the mic. THANK YOU. So many people pulled double duty and worked crazy long days to bring this project to life and I am so grateful to have been a part of it. I hope when you watch this show, you feel the love we have for these characters and I hope you get to experience Kotaro’s heart. He has so much love to give.
