Sunday’s story struck a chord with me and many others.
Real life detectives should take inspiration from @therealmariskahargitay , @chris_meloni , @kelligiddish and @icet on how to be competent, effective and compassionate with victims.
ADAs should be more like @RaulEEsparza (my favorite #SVU ADA) and unafraid to prosecute.
It is both unnecessary and heartbreaking that a TV show, even a fantastic one like #SVU, is the primary source of information for so many about something as serious as #sexualassault and #domesticviolence
