And no matter how hard you try, you cannot be a good parent you can just be a good enough parent. And that’s a win. The important thing to remember is, to try and lead by example. Children don’t do as you say, they do as you do. I’m constantly struggling with keeping my cool and being patient around my daughter. It’s a daily struggle, but wanting to be a better role model helps constantly checking my own behaviour and being more mindful.
