Aldis Hodge Instagram – Dreams do come true.
I grew up as a kid loving superheroes and always wanting to be one, but never knew it could be true. Always wanted to live through my imagination and be free and successful in a world that constantly told me I wasn’t supposed to. I never thought my dreams were real because I never saw myself reflected. So I had to imagine. I had to believe in the “impossible”. But then I realized impossible just means “I’m possible”
I’m so grateful and honored that I’m able to be a part of the era where kids like me never have to imagine again. They will know their dreams are real because they can see the proof. They will see themselves and know they are supposed to be counted, included, acknowledged and verified.
Like I said, putting on that #Hawkman is more than just putting on a suit. I’m putting on dreams.
