Back from an amazing trip to Peru got to experience the MMA scene, food, views and culture of one of most incredible countries on the planet. This experience trip was so important to me. Most people know I had a shoulder injury and that I’m happy to announce I’m almost fully recovered from ..thanks to @drgelb 🙏🏻
Being home at my house been struggling a lil bit mentally being out of the gym but going on this trip helped me so much get through my injury. Body feeling great and I can’t wait to be back in gym and announce my next @ufc fight, hopefully February 🤞 Thankyou to all my new friends in Peru your Numero Uno GRINGO Hahah 🤣 Great people, great food, great friends, great seminar and great experiences hope to visit again one day!! Excited to get back to work, back on the grind and continue chasing my dream becoming UFC World champion!! Thankyou everyone for support and being part of TEAMROSA!!
