Beau Garrett Instagram – This is Bob. He’s my clown of a dog who I rescued over a year and a half ago. He went from being a beat up bait dog to a bonafide therapy dog and I just think he is the coolest. He comes with me to @myodetox where @lumbachristina makes me hurt a lot in the moment so I can hurt less in the future. Bob let’s me squeeze his paws and ears as hard as I can when the pain gets to be too much. I am so grateful to the crew at Myodetox for making it possible to run again without pain. But the truth is, there is so much awesome happening even if the world has seemed to be doing all sorts of somersaults and nose dives and high jumps and the idea of awesome has shifted from a filtered Instagram shot on top of a newly discovered mountain peak to camping with my dog and my human on a beach with no service and no people for miles and miles.
