Beau Garrett Instagram – The last two years of upheaval have taught me to really be intentional with my choices….to be thoughtful on how I take care of my mind, body, and soul. When I reflect on where I’m at in my life, I realize being happy has led me to feeling a lot more beautiful in every way. Now that I’m beginning this wild new chapter of pregnancy, a choice I was able to make because it was the right time for us and a choice that I don’t take for granted, it is more important than ever to focus on self-care and self awareness.
