Gigi Levangie Instagram – When you’re a mom and your kid signs up for the military – it just hits different. You take the news (even) more seriously. You really pay attention to the politicians – sometimes surprising – who glorify war but never had a family member in uniform. And you meet all these exemplary young people – sharp and dedicated, bright-eyed and determined – and you have hope for the future. So proud of both my sons for not ever choosing the easy route.
