It’s about to be turned into a highly valuable collagen product. Fantastic to visit Blenheim yesterday and see first hand what our exporters are doing to turn waste into valuable products, and to officially open the New Zealand Wine Centre which will help us continue to lead the way with new technology and innovation in the way we produce wine. A great day!

Jacinda Ardern Instagram – Started the day reading tributes to the Queen from around the world- a reminder of how many lives she touched. If you’d like to leave your own tribute, condolence books can be found at the National Library and the Beehive in Wellington, and many others will be popping up around the country as people share their memories and thanks. 📸 RNZ Image one – signing the condolence book on Friday. Image two – interviews on the balcony of the Beehive as the gun salute took place over Wellington.
Jacinda Ardern Instagram – I will admit to waking up this morning and briefly wondering where I was – but I can confirm we’ve made it to New York for the United Nations General Assembly! A busy day with the opening session, a Food Security event and co-leading the Christchurch Call Leaders Summit on ending terrorism and violent extremism online, but a great day nonetheless! A genuine highlight was catching moments with leaders I’ve been lucky enough to get to know over the years. It’s been a while since we’ve seen each other face to face. It’s nice to be back, even when the challenges confronting the globe are significant.
