very excited to get back at it .. a few months away, yes, but it feels good to have prospects of joy on the horizon..
in the meantime, shedding , releasing , and letting go..
this also feels pretty darn good. ( challenging? …yah)
i want to thank all of you who reached out about my pops. grief is so very strange.. it takes many shapes and forms, almost unrecognizable at times, and then BOOM youre hit .. w: anger w sadness w stress w anxiety w confusion .. implosion .. and then eventually explosion. its constantly changing.. such is life ..and death ..and feelings ..and damn…EVERYTHING. so.. i am learning at this very moment.. how powerful acceptance is..
and how much harder it is to do than i ever realized. heres to letting go and accepting what IS..
your words and thoughts were very touching.. i felt warm and cozy and held..
