Manasvi Mamgai Instagram – Earlier this year I became an ambassador for Akshaya Patra Foundation (LA chapter). AP is an non profit that provides hot, nutritious lunches to over 2 million children in 20,000 schools, across India, every day. Since I was in India I got to visit one of their kitchens that I had heard so much about and I was seriously blown away by the technology and the quality of food. What makes me believe in them is the financial transparency that is available to the public.
