Nandita Das Instagram – NYC is so close to Toronto that I hopped over. Thought it would be a break but was stuck in front of the laptop working, till my peeps fell asleep in India. It was still nice. Walked around, went to MoMa, saw the film premiere of Amsterdam that had a stellar cast – Christian Bale, Taylor Swift, Rami Malek, Robert de Neiro etc etc. No comments about the film! Ate a variety of cuisines that the city offers. But the best evening was with my close friend, scientist, doctor, author, Dr. Azra Raza who every time hosts a gathering for me with so many beautiful minds. Got to meet and chat with Nobel Laureate, Daniel Kahneman and so many others. Everyone wanted to know about Zwigato. More so once they saw the trailer! What an enthralling evening.
