One such potential call-out would be the top floors of each block which are usually more harshly exposed to the elements compared to the floors below. Rainwater has a tendency to pool in some areas of the corridor. Might merely be discolouration right now, but down the line it could be a fall hazard as the estate residents age. It would be worthwhile to reconsider the type of material used for floors which are exposed to rain and install perhaps a material with more texture and friction for better grip when walking.
