Nicole Seah Instagram – Out at food distribution with @fooseckguan.sg and @abdulshariff.sg and team this morning. High spirits amidst a brief heavy shower as we were transporting the food rations. It was especially uplifting to encounter resident R along the way, whom we have met several times on house visits. He had mostly been bedbound due to COPD, but I was thrilled to see him out and about for the first time in months as he excitedly shared how he has been pushing himself bit by bit to get back into healthier shape. The fresh air outside would definitely cheer the mood as well. In spite of mobility issues, he offers himself as a participant for COPD research so that there can be greater knowledge on the condition and its sufferers. His selflessness and eternal optimism is an inspiration to all of us!
