Rule #2 Find yourself a simple dish cause you’re at the cottage and if you’re like me you’re already 3 margaritas in. Also did I mention I’m a terrible cook? Some of us were made to cook….and some of us were made to drink and eat food that other people cook. I’m the latter. This paella is basically the graft dinner of paella’s….super simple and totally idiot proof.
