Sid Sriram Instagram – Some mornings I wake up and I see clouds, they’re beautiful and ambiguous. They drift slowly Some mornings I wake up and see nothing at all, I stare into an empty blue that feels sterile Some mornings, I walk outside and breathe in cold air. First thing, before looking at my phone or at myself in the mirror I breathe in cold air and feel the infinite flow to all parts of my body Some mornings, I find myself falling into myself, caving in to every last thought that occurs. And they don’t occur one at a time, they occur all at once. Cacophony Beautiful, kaleidoscopic, aggressive and loud The light shines the same way at the start of every day. The sun, it slowly rises above the ridge that sits steadfast right across from my backyard The chip on my shoulder has shapeshifted over the years, but remains just as heavy, just as steadfast as ever
Sid Sriram Instagram – When I first started writing “all love, no hate” it was a reminder to self to not fall into a space of negativity. It was right around the time my career starting picking up. We’ve come a long way since then, and the mantra has only become more central to everything in my life. When it’s treated like a sanctum, the stage can be the most powerful space to radiate true, sincere positivity. Malaysia, since the first time I set foot in your country back in 2016, y’all have showed me true love. This last weekend was nothing short of real magic. back to back nights, a sold out stadium of 10k ppl each night. We sang, danced, jumped, screamed and felt thru a whole range of emotions TOGETHER. I hope you know that all of you that were there on those two nights are at the very core of the start to something really special. If there’s anything I believe in, it’s that right now the world needs sincerity in its purest form. These shows marked a point of transition for me, to fearlessly and unapologetically be a vessel for honest positivity and light, with more intensity than ever. I love my brothers @sanjeevtmusic, @tapassnaresh, @leon.james, @ramkuu, #HNBhaskar, @hashbass, @nikhilvpai, @soheldantes , @vjkaycee, #lightsVinod for going so damn hard on this journey with me, with deep intensity, grit, passion and joy. 3 hours of real, live non-stop music and energy each night, set against a backdrop of immersive, transporting visual universes.
