Falk Hentschel Instagram – This is to all my fellow humans who have suffered from self perception issues and other body related trauma.
This is the first time i saw myself in a reflection where i truly got to appreciate my body, my physical existence. Yes i do like the way i look here but that’s NOT the point. I have been bigger and more shredded bla bla bla but i have never felt enough, was always in chronic pain, not able to move well and joyously and definitely wasn’t loving on myself in a reflection. Worse, i spent hours a day obsessing about diet and training. I am now 40 years old, Spend 20 min a day moving my body around the way i am inspired to and eat whatever i feel called to eat. I’m astounded. Trust your body to guide you to mental and physical wellness.
