She died recently, peacefully and comfortably at home in her sleep, surrounded by family. She was 91. We will gather in Redding tomorrow for a private ceremony in her memory. Winona endured many tragedies in her life, but she remained a loving, joyful person whose laughter was infectious, even into her final days. **The above video was made at her 85th birthday celebration, joined by her 4 grown children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
