Kalyaan Dhev Instagram – #Theatre – something I’d never done before. 10 days @adishaktitheatre had been a remarkable learning experience! The performance research and unique theatrical language by 🙏 Late Guru Veenapani Chawla Ji and her teachings by @vkvinayadishakti sir were what made it even more interesting. A concept of controlling emotions through breathing is an invaluable tool for any actor. My perspective towards acting has changed for good, thank you @nimmyraphel @mee_dancing @soorajishear for showing what our minds and bodies are capable of, how rhythm can make a whole lot of a difference in any act and how holding breathe can increase the capacity to sustain an emotion and the list just goes on… Heartfelt gratitude and love!
