Fuck being cool… tell your loved ones how you feel. How you’re REALLY doing.
More importantly check in with yourself and don’t be afraid of what you see. Nor judge it.. but instead be kind and accept that part of yourself with compassion and understanding .
I love all of you. My heart is filled with joy to be on this planet. Learning how to human. Learning that we no longer need to hide ourselves.
