Oobah Butler Instagram – Two years ago this week we released a film where I took Georgio Peviani to the top of Paris Fashion Week. Nearly 70 million people have watched it to-date. The real Georgio Peviani, Adam Asmal, has become a close friend of mine. We had a shared experience with this film where it transformed both of our lives! It helped Adam sell jeans all over the world, with dozens of people showing up at his shop every week to buy Georgio Peviani, people at his local Mosque taking to calling him Georgio to a 19 year old Welsh kid changing his name to Georgio Peviani. As I know it is for all of you, it’s a difficult time at the moment for Adam Asmal and Georgio Peviani.
