Patrick Dempsey Instagram – We enjoyed our time at #theranchitaly at @palazzofiuggi so much! I have to say, it really helped jumpstart my conditioning tremendously. @theranchitaly prepared me not only for the film I’m working on, but for the Dempsey Challenge this year too. The discipline, the structure, and the absolute challenge of the hikes pushed me in the best way ever. This experience is not for the faint of heart. Learning how to change the way I look at food, and changing my diet to clean plant-based food has definitely improved how I approach what I put in my body. I learned a lot from the wonderful staff and by the end of the seven days, I could feel a profound difference in my health.
