Archana Vijaya Instagram – Exercise to the rescue ! Yet again in my life ! 😊🙏🏼

In the last month, I have probably been through the worst experience in my life, and there were times when all I wanted was to remain in bed, and not move, wallow in my deep hole of grief and sadness, find comfort in the darkness that had enveloped me (yes there is a feeling like that too ! If you know you know ) . But, I mustered all of my will power and tried to move .. I was crying while walking around my colony, while I was working out, but it served as my release!
One never really gets over losing a parent, you cannot, but finding your light and keeping yourself in a fairly good space requires work, each day I try and be positive, some days I fail, but some days I’m fine. Such is life isn’t it ?!

They say Diwali is celebration of good over evil, light over darkness, so I wish we always keep trying to find the light wherever we may be in our journey of life. 😊
