As I try to now grapple with the reality of you not being there physically with me, I feel a dull ache in my heart, a hollow feeling which I am sure will heal with time. For now, I’m trying to remember all our good times and everything amazing about you . You were so strong and brave, filling me with inspiration to do better each and every day . Even in death, you made me strong, you have truly made me who I am in every single way . Now I hope and pray that you are free from pain and suffering, reunited with your mother and father who you missed so much and spoke so lovingly about .
