Last week was my first time performing live (solo) in over 3 years, and I almost talked myself out of it so many times. I’m so glad I swallowed my fears and let them sit there deep in my stomach but sang anyway. It ended up being such an encouraging experience, and a reminder that my music doesn’t have to be my own special little thing that I keep safe and close to my heart all the time… 🙃 It feels good to share — especially when your offering is received with so much warmth and kindness. I’m so grateful to each and every person who has ever paused to listen to me here, singing songs that I love — like this one. ♥️
