A great mix of tart and sweet. If I were making it again I might leave the cream out of the frosting and just do a more traditional vanilla buttercream. The gluten free flour converted just fine. It would be a fun and unique cake for a baby shower. Decorations by my daughter who used the piping bag and accessories for the first time…she did great! The lemon garnish was her idea too 🍋❤️
