Kishwer Merchant Instagram – Finally I have started working out after being lazy for an entire year after giving birth to nirvair !!
It was super difficult, in the 1st session I couldn’t even pick up the bar easily .. today was my 7th session , and I did deadlifts max 70kgs one rep .. see the video closely, weights badte ja rahe hain , special mention to Abhijeet for not letting me give up and for keeping me focused and motivated ❤️
