Madisyn Shipman Instagram – Let’s talk about self love. I think at one time in all of our lives we have questioned our self worth. Once I started to invest in myself, I began focusing on ways to better myself. Learning to love myself unconditionally was really challenging for me to even think about 3 years ago. The first step of my journey was wanting to love myself partly so that I could truly love my future partner the way I wanted to be loved – selflessly, overlooking flaws and not expecting anything in return. This has been a work in process and not an easy task(being brutally honest)…lol I have studied the best – I attended a @tonyrobbins UPW. That was just the beginning. Boy, did it unleash the power!! But that wasn’t enough. I was eager to learn and still am. I often find myself gravitating toward inspiration from @brenebrown I love that she is a storyteller and easily relatable. Each day I strive to be a better version of myself. No, I’m not perfect by any means but I am learning to embrace my insecurities. I want to challenge you, my friends, to invest in yourself! Start watering your own grass, you can and will grow! ❤️ I want you each to write one thing you love about YOURSELF below. Be kind and encouraging to yourself!
