I definitely thought he was cute with his floppy hair and skinny guy swagger. But he was a friend. Like a cute, kissable friend, but nothing more than that. No way. He was about to go on tour with his band The Southland, and I’m not an idiot. Jed and I have been together for nineteen years. Turns out dating him was the smartest and best decision I’ve ever made. I’m not going to turn your stomach and list all the reasons why I love him, but know that his music remains at the top of that list because it’s filled our home and hearts for all these years.
