Thank you @netflixgolden @hollywoodreporter @goldhouseco for bringing together a room full of humans who share so much context, so many stories, have jumped through insurmountable hoops and have – in many cases – overcome historical othering to be able to today stand tall as artists of Asian descent. Events such as this not only remind us of community, of the richness of our shared heritage, but they also shine a bright forward light over the aspirations of our future peers. May they be able to ideate, triangulate and celebrate within the nuances of duality and all its story-telling glory… without the question of belonging.
