The island of Mallorca had my heart from the second I stepped foot on it. I did a transformative Breathwork journey, made amazing new friends, bonded deeply with an old one, drank incredible wine, swam in warm salt water naked, ate bread every👏day, laughed til I cried, cried when I needed to… the list of things that made my heart (& belly) full is endless… but most importantly I was blessed with the best gift I could ever hope to receive: siesta.
