Choose a day for your walk and put it on your calendar. Don’t move it! Your journey starts with keeping a single promise to yourself.
Set your phone to airplane mode on your walk. No texts, music, podcasts, social media, or alerts.
Walk out your front door and stay out for 12 hours, alone, in silence. Streets, trails, beaches or city sidewalks—choose the route that speaks to you.
Listen to your body and take breaks as often as you like, for as long as you need. The 12-Hour Walk isn’t a race. It doesn’t matter if you walk one mile or fifty.
