Dylan Sprayberry Instagram – Constant need to define myself. Well that’s just so limiting isn’t it? So torturous to the soul. When I look in the mirror I see thousands of different versions of myself. Why pick one? Why hold myself to one color. That is pain. No need to be a character. No need to play a part. To be free is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. Gotta dive into the deep end and free the self from with in. Let the spirit shine through. All the work is done with in.

Dylan Sprayberry Instagram – Consciousness is all we really have. Awareness is key, even with everything we think we know about what’s true and real, it is really only based off of animal instinct and what we know based off our experiences of the past, the history of the world, what we individually feel and our relationships with others. Less thinking, more observing. It’s helpful to have confidence in perspective but hold it lightly. Letting go of harsh fixation and emotional attachment to our views helps us give perspective while understanding what you undoubtedly know or feel to be true, is what YOU know, not everyone else. It’s a gift to share theories and ponder. Those are the best kinds conversations and it should be understood that those thoughts are allowed to be abstract, Because there is just as much order in chaos as there is chaos in order. It’s in our nature to try to define the world and our experience but what if we let go of that and just enjoy? When the words you speak come from a pure source belief in self thickens. Pure intentions fuels confidence.
