The first time I met this brother, was 2018 in Los Angeles, during Grammy Week. We (@jamlarecords) were staying in an Airbnb during that week, and coincidentally he stayed close. So, he came over to our spot, hung out, and talked all night. Everything we asked, he told us. The White Men Can’t Jump story…The School Daze story, but THIS story was the one. I love your life, brother. Such an influence to all of us young, brown skinned brothers who wanted to go to an HBCU, wear Jordans and be smart at the same time.
