COVID has not only made the amount of time we spend at our desks increase but also more significantly, decreased the time we used to spend doing even BASIC activity like walking during errand running. Some days even I barely go beyond my doorstep and it’s been slowly but surely taking its toll on our bodies:
Degrading posture
Body aching
Hamstring tightness
Back soreness
Working from home, live streaming from home, socializing from home. If you’re spending that much time at your desk and you’re feeling the same pains, I cannot recommend an Uplift standing desk enough.
