¿Cuántas veces escondemos lo que somos, lo que sentimos, lo que tememos…?
Nadie exagera un problema de salud mental. Al contrario, lo más probable es que lo maquillemos o lo ocultemos y finjamos estar siempre bien, animados, felices… Para no preocupar a las personas que queremos, por miedo a perder trabajos o, simplemente, porque nos da vergüenza. Cuando sufrimos, a menudo, ponemos cara de valientes y nos disfrazamos con una sonrisa, pero eso solo consigue multiplicar nuestro dolor. La valentía realmente está en mostrarnos vulnerables y quitarnos las vendas que no nos dejan respirar ni sanar.
1 de cada 7 es el número de adolescentes que viven con un problema de salud mental. Son datos de @unicef_es, que trabaja en todo el mundo para brindar y abogar por un mejor apoyo a la salud mental de niñas, niños y adolescentes.
Necesitamos normalizar el hablar de salud mental y acabar con los estigmas que la rodean.
Os animo a revisar y compartir abiertamente vuestros sentimientos.
