Considering this, it’s quite funny that Ive never taken a full Lattice Test…until a couple of months ago.
The test undoubtedly shows glaring holes in your physical build up (as well as strengths of course). However it got me motivated to target in on some key areas this winter with one of their coaches. Let’s see if I can make some improvements 💪
