While we turn our view on other authoritarian countries in which journalists are being prosecuted for doing their duty, the so called „western“ world has imprisoned and punished a journalist for uncovering horrible war crimes, fraud and mass surveillance by the same governments that claim to stand for democratic values and free speech.
