It’s a wonderful festive time of year but also the hardest for some who have lost loved ones and have to endure these times without dampening others spirits. Big love to all those with the courage and strength that are getting through this time. You are never alone, as long as you remember and keep those memories in the front of your mind they will always be with us,to feel bad is not wrong, to cry is not wrong, to feel sad,depressed,frustrated is all just how you feel. But know you got through yesterday, you will get through today and you will continue through that dark tunnel with that strength and courage. Eventually that light at the end of the tunnel gets brighter whilst the darkness fades. Focus on that light, keep that energy and the positivity in the world, focus on that which help us. Memories,Nature, animals, music, film,tv, training, learning something new or exciting, friends or family. 2020 was a tough one for all, 2021 not much better but better and you got through both. I’m not a doctor,scientist or in the know but i am an optimist and hope 2022 will be a wonderful improvement for you all. I wish you all strength, health, happiness and success. I hope we can all look out for each other more, be understanding and listen. We have two ears and one mouth, by that ratio I say we should listen twice as much as we speak. Pay attention, listen, learn and hopefully we can continue to move forward together, equally. We are all human,we all have love in our hearts,hate is a choice,a choice I have no time for. People have their journeys and I wish them well. Anyone carrying hate will only poison their own mind and future bringing me back to… life’s a bitch if you are. This message won’t apply to everyone, I sometimes see people remark and make negative comments, then this message ain’t for you ,not everything is about you🤷🏾♂️ just move on.
