The quartet of chef’s ethos is to work with as many farms, cultivators and artisans within a 35-mile radius of the restaurant as possible, focusing on seasonality and sustainability. The food was just INCREDIBLE, and the service so warm and welcoming. This is now my top spot to revisit for a Christmas meal this December, we absolutely loved it, and they have loads of gorgeous festive offerings. #kindlygifted
