At 13, after a successful audition at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, the kid in the 2nd photo was heartbroken. We didn’t have the kind of money it would take and therefore couldn’t accept the placement. But after yet more hard work and graft, my Mum managed to garner the help of The Shepherd Street Trust (see bio) who paid for my first year of studies.
It had always been a dream of mine to give back to underprivileged children and that’s exactly what I hope to do with my Star Trek inspired crowdfunding campaign.
