Daila Ojeda Instagram – Hacia tiempo que no sentía esta sensación de ponerme a prueba intentando algo nuevo. Es un proceso curioso; divertido y gratificante pero también, frustrante. Aprender algo nuevo es tener un enfrentamiento directo con el ego, que nos limita, que nos dice que no somos buenos en eso, que no vamos a poder… Gestionar estos momentos suele ser lo mas complicado, a mi me ayuda ser amable conmigo misma, respetarme y celebrar mis pequeños progresos, porque siempre hay pequeños progresos. Por cierto, primeros exámenes del curso de guia de escalada aprobados! 🥳✅ tan feliz!
It had been a while since I felt this feeling of testing myself by trying something new. It is a curious process; fun and gratifying but also, frustrating. Learning something new equals a direct battle against the ego, against the voice that limits us, that tell us we are not good enough, that we won’t make it… Managing those moments is usually the hardest part, it helps me to be kind to myself, to treat me with respect and to celebrate the small accomplishments… Because there are always little accomplishments to celebrate. First exams of the climbing guide course passed, by the way! 🥳✅ so happy!
