Thanks to @bernardaddison @johanamacdonald and teachers every day like them who make an impact. As a young kid, my theater teachers gave me a place to express, take risks, and learn to communicate.
I’ve been working with these educators and this school over the last several years, and they are the unsung heroes who dedicate their time, often their own money, and so much heart into giving these kids a safe place to play.
Im so lucky to get to come work with them, and this is just a reminder to myself and others, that we can always make an impact right in our own city, our own local neighborhood. It doesn’t have to be big and fancy, it just has to be positive.
